Quick
Check 600 / 800 Bar Code Verifiers The Quick Check 600 Series is used for
testing traditional and full ISO/IEC parameters. These models perform quick
pass/fail tests or use more powerful measuring tools for highly details
analysis. Test results are provided through a 4 line by 20 character LCD,
light emitting diodes, and audible tones. The unit is also RS-232 compatible
and works with the QCVIEWER II-6/8 Windows-based verification
software package. The QC600/800 Series Bar Code Verifier offers the convenience of simple aim-and-shoot verification through the use of a QC3800V, a customized, IT3800 hand held imager. Quickly perform pass/fail testing of dimensional and format quality parameters like average bar deviation, wide-to-narrow ratios, encodation, and ISO/IEC decodability. Also, full traditional and ISO/IEC dimensional, reflectance, and format tests can be performed using optional mouse and pen style wands. |

Quick
Check PC600 Bar Code Verifier The Quick Check PC600 Verifier is a professional,
quality control tool for verifying the readability and standards compliance
of printed bar codes. It consists of a Windows-based software package, a
“mouse” wand or pen wand bar code optical input device, and an interface
that connects to the serial port of an IBM compatible desktop or laptop PC.
The Quick Check PC600 Verifier provides quick and easy-to-view full ISO/IEC
test parameter analysis and traditional pass/fail parameters. Input is
provided by either an interchangeable mouse wand or pen wand. Because the Quick Check PC600 Verifier
operates on your PC, it offers many advantages not available from standalone
units. Bar code quality information is displayed directly on your computer
monitor and hard copy output can be produced on any local or network printer.
Automatic ISO/IEC symbol grade calculation provides instant bar code quality
feedback. The Quick Check PC600 Verifier has all the power and flexibility
you need to ensure strict bar code standards compliance. |

Quick
Check OLV-SV100 Bar Code Verifier The Quick Check Model
QCOLV-SV100 Verifier is a universal system component that can analyze linear
bar code print quality, check encoded data, and detect system failures. In its basic mode of operation, the
QCOLV-SV100 performs bar code verification and operates in various
synchronous modes. The QCOLV-SV100 combines
state-of-the-art digital signal processor (DSP) technology, a proprietary
high-speed moving beam laser scanner with unique analog output capability,
and flexible I/O and communications capability. This powerful architecture enables the unit
to be an economical Quality Assurance tool for practically any bar code
printing, application, or conveyance system. The QCOLV-SV100 performs
most accepted methods of bar code verification: ISO/IEC method,
traditional method, encoded data format checks, and laser scanning type
analyses. These wide ranging analysis
parameters can be used to measure bar code quality and detect failure
mechanisms for any print technology.
Bar code quality and encoded data information can be reported through
the serial communications port for each code analyzed; therefore,
accountability for all printed bar codes is possible. The QCOLV-SV100 I/O consists of five
programmable output ports, two programmable display LEDs,
and a sync input. The programmable
ports allow the unit to be used as a controller for pausing printers,
activating lights, and gating conveyors. The recommended setup tool
for the QCOLV-SV100 is the QC ScanView, Windows-based
software. This program simplifies
setup via menus, and offers real time monitoring of bar codes being
analyzed. QC ScanView
programs the QCOLV-SV100 via serial communication using a PC download
language (described in the User’s Guide, part #QCOLVSV/UG). |
