High Temperature Metal Barcode Nameplate

This rugged nameplate has added benefit of a secondary heat-resistant finishing process. It can withstand temperatures up to a blistering 1200°F. It's more affordable than our stainless steel products, but it's still more than capable of taking the heat.

 

High Temperature Ceramic-On-Steel Nameplate

Ceramic-On-Steel Nameplate for use with work-in-process, tool-and-die casting, steel processing or wherever extremely high temperatures are an issue.  Withstands temperatures up to 1800 degrees F.

Affixing method: Mechanical fasteners or high temperature adhesive

 

Metal Bar Code Nameplates

Metal Bar Code Nameplates are ideal for applications requiring permanent nameplates to stand up in harsh environments including extreme abrasion, chemicals, and solvents as well as sun, salt air, and high temperatures. These nameplates have the following features:

  • .008˝ thick matte anodized aluminum is standard. Optional thicknesses include .012˝, .020˝, .032˝, and .063˝.
  • Photographically reproduced black copy, 2D bar code and optional linear bar code ensure accurate and reliable reads.
  • Anodizing process protects black copy, 2D bar code and optional linear bar codes from chemicals, abrasion and high temperatures.
  • Specially matched adhesives ensure maximum adhesion or optional holes (1/8˝, 3/32˝, or 7/32˝ diameter) available for mechanical fasteners.
  • Intensification process increases heat resistance and improves image resistance against damaging UV rays

 

Foil Bar Code Labels

Foil Bar Code Labels combine the durability of a nameplate with the flexibility and versatility of a label. These labels withstand harsh conditions including chemicals, abrasion, solvents and high temperatures.  These labels have the following features:

  • Versatile .003˝ thick matte anodized aluminum is standard thickness and easily conforms to radius surfaces. .005˝ thick matte anodized aluminum is optional.
  • Photographically reproduced black copy, 2D bar code and optional linear bar code ensure accurate and reliable reads.
  • Anodizing process protects black copy, 2D bar code and optional linear bar codes from chemicals, abrasion and high temperatures.
  • Specially matched adhesives ensure maximum adhesion.
  • Intensification process increases heat resistance and improves image resistance against damaging UV rays.

 

TeflonŽ on Metal Nameplates
Dirt, grease, even dried paint clean off easily thanks to a durable TeflonŽ coating on these hard-to-find nameplates. Once clean, you get a fast, accurate bar code reading to track assets, fugitive emissions or work-in-process. The TeflonŽ coating also resists incidental or intermittent contact with strong acids and caustics, and temperatures up to 500°F.

 

UID Polyester Bar Code Labels

For environments where caustics are an issue we recommend our UID Polyester Bar Code Labels, our thickest, most durable polyester label. Subsurface printing protects against extreme solvents, caustics and acids as well as moderate abrasion while eliminating the need for a laminate.  These labels have the following features:

  • Durable .003˝ thick polyester material easily conforms to uneven or radius surfaces.
  • .0035˝ thick adhesive provides excellent adhesion to uneven, rough, and slightly oily surfaces.
  • Protects against solvents, extreme caustics and acids, and moderate abrasion
  • Digital printing process ensures bar code readability.

A solid solution for a variety of applications! "PREMIUM POLYESTER" Bar Code Labels offer durability, subsurface printing and a number of quality design options. Choose white or silver polyester with up to three standard colors for logos, stylized type and human-readable numbers. The versatile polyester is pliable enough to conform to curved surfaces and durable enough to resist caustics, solvents and mild abrasion.
