The phone number to call is: 410-647-8910

Step 2: Prepare the equipment for shipping by boxing it up properly and including a note or that includes:

·                     Your company name and return shipping address

·                     A contact person’s name, e-mail address and phone number

·                     A brief description of the problem you are experiencing with the hardware

Step 3: Ship the equipment (UPS, FedEX, DHL, etc.) to:

AirLink Automation

476 Yorkshire Drive

Severna Park, MD 21146

Attn: Service

Step 4: Once the equipment is received at AirLink, a technician will evaluate the problem and a service quote will be issued. At this point, we will contact you via phone or e-mail with the repairs estimate. We will perform the repairs once we receive your approval.

Step 5: Repaired equipment will be shipped back to sender via UPS ground service.
