Warehouse
Labels
For
warehouse labeling projects, we’ll use our 15+ years of experience to help
with:
·
Label Design—We’ll help you design labels that will be optimized for
your particular scanning needs. Typically we design labels that do not add
extra steps to your handling processes nor slow down or aggravate your
personnel.
·
Data Formatting---Applying thousands of rack labels and signs in a
warehouse is a big job. To help with this process we’ll format your data prior
to label production so that they can be applied in the best manner possible.
This extra step makes the application process much easier and helps eliminate
labeling errors.
·
Material Selection—With your input, we’ll select and recommend labeling and
sign materials that best suit your needs. Our goals for materials are to
optimize scanning performance and to provide bar codes that do not require
periodic maintenance.

Polyester Horizontal
Beam Label
- Bar code can
be designed for long range scanning, up to 15+ ft. scan distances are
possible.
- Polyester
label material resists tearing and abrasion.
- Adhesive is
designed for permanent attachment to metal surfaces, won’t fall off over
time.
- Bar code and text images do
not fade or turn yellow, remain scannable for years
- Color-coded orientation
arrows can be added to help ID correct location.
- Custom sizes, both large and
small sizes are available.

Polyester Vertical
Post Label
- Polyester
labels with stacked codes designed for application to racking posts.
- Rigid backers
make application to posts easier and keep label flat.
- Color coded
orientation arrows can be added to help users ID correct location.
- Bar code and text images do
not fade or turn yellow, remain scannable for years.
- Tall bar codes and large
text make scanning easier and give users a visual check for proper
location ID.

Bar Coded Hanging
Sign
- Bar code
and human readable text labels are mounted to a thick rigid backer.
- Sign is suspended
over bulk storage areas, designed to be scanned from floor.
- Tall (6
inches) bar codes give users an easier “target’ to hit when scanning.
- Offset
mount holes in backer allow sign to tilt toward users on floor.
- Large text allows users to
visually check location or manually key location into RF terminal.
- Color coded
arrows or text can be used to help differentiate locations.
- Large and
small size signs are available—AirLink will help with design so that
scanning distance and is optimized.
- Both thin
and thick backer materials are available.

- Bar code
and human readable text labels are mounted on a bent rigid backer.
- Back bend
in sign allows for sign to be angled toward users for easier scanning
and reading
- Tall bar
codes give users an easer “target’ to hit when scanning.
- Large text is easy for users
to see
- Color coded
arrows or text can be used to differentiate locations.
